Payment

Payment is to be made through PayPal, Visa or another credit card. Payment is almost always direct. Orders are processed within 2days of payment

Delivery

After the order has been processed it will be dispatched from our factory in China. Standard shipping is Free and takes between 15-30days, Fast shipping costs $10-20 and takes between 5-10days. Orders will be posted to the address on the customer's Paypal account. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure all details are correct. Ruby and Rose take no responsibility for incorrect details. 

Refunds 

Ruby and Rose do not offer a refund for change of mind or exchange for size. All sales are final once payment has been made, so please ensure that you check the measurement before purchasing an item. The only time a full refund will be given is if the product is faulty or damaged.

Please Note: 

We cannot be held responsible for any possible taxes or duties which may be applied by customs in certain countries of delivery. The potential fees rest with the buyer. You can contact you local customs for more information on taxes and duties in you country.
